Kitchen and Bath:

MCM has computer-aided design capability as well as a working shop to fabricate cabinetry, built-ins, solid surface and Formica countertops. These capabilities allow us to stay on schedule and on budget while also providing our craftsmen complete control over the quality and schedule of your projects. This control allows us greater creative flexibility.  MCM is a Certified Graduate Remodeler by the National Association of Home Builders and is also a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS).

Roofing & Exterior Remodeling:

MCM is the most certified exterior remodeling company in southeast Connecticut. We are certified by the Blue Label Cedar Shake Bureau, Select Shingle Roofer, and CertainTeed (employees are trained and certified 10+ years).  MCM is also certified by Velux Roof windows and skylights. We are a certified in weatherboard installation, air ventilation (specialist air vent II CertainTeed Corp), and vinyl siding installation.  We are a member of the Professional Roofers Advisory Council of CT.  MCM is a Certified Graduate Remodeler by the National Association of Home Builders.

We have completed over 3500 jobs in southeast Connecticut. Some of our well known work includes: Lighthouse Inn, Hygienic Art Building, Little Red School House, Lyme Academy of Fine Arts, Monte Cristo Cottage, Eugene O'Neill Theater, Univ. of Connecticut at Avery Point, Spring Hill Suites, New London Baptist Church, and the US Customs house.

Decking & Sunrooms:

MCM Restoration’s computer-aided design and experience as a design build remodeler for the past 17 years allows us to design and install Crown sunrooms and Velux wood sunrooms. We offer IPE mahogany cedar and composite decking in applications only limited by your imagination. We can install most decking applications in 30 to 45 days from day of contract with the capability of 5 rotating crews.

MCM has a very high level of experience and top-quality reputation with all of the southeastern CT Building Departments. This, in conjunction with MCM's in-house professional designers, allows us to take your dream home project from the conception stage all the way its final creation—MCM will build it on schedule, on budget.
